Coordination

Hello Poppy offers month-of coordination services to help support the organization and logistics of your wedding day. This is a great option for the DIY couple that has already done much of the planning on their own, but needs a little help with execution, and someone to oversee the details and logistics of the actual wedding day. We help with finalizing details, handling the hiccups, troubleshooting, taking care of last-minute mishaps, and making sure your event runs smoothly and according to schedule. This helps to ensure that your vision is realised and takes the weight off of you and your family and friends so that everyone can enjoy your fabulous wedding celebration without having to be concerned with how things are getting done.

We help with scheduling and organization and will be present at the rehearsal, as well as on-site for 8 (or more) hours at the event.

• Meet to review all of the wedding and reception details and expectations 4-6 weeks before the wedding day
• On-going communication (as required)
• Work with the couple to develop a schedule
• Support with design, layout and styling
• Organize last-minute details and provide assistance throughout the day (i.e. organizing favours and place cards, help with cueing, etc.)
• On-site during the rehearsal
• On-site at the ceremony and venue (8 hours, with the option of additional time)
• Vendor confirmations prior to the event
• Oversee deliveries, vendors and event set-up
• Handle day-of payments (I.e. officiant, music, decorator, etc.)
